For a wrong figure, a broken page, or a problem with the API or the MCP servers, email support@ampworth.com.

A figure looks wrong

Say which calculator you used, what you entered and the figure it gave. If you opened the answer from a link, send the link, because it carries your inputs. Then say which figure you expected, and where it came from if it's in a standard or a quotation.

The API or an MCP server

Include the request, the response you got and roughly when you sent it. For an MCP server, say which client you used, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Le Chat. The developers page describes every endpoint and tool, and changes are listed in the release notes.

Your data

For a copy of your data, or to have it deleted, see the privacy policy, then email the same address.

What we can't help with

Ampworth can't recommend an installer, survey a house or review a quotation for you. A certified installer can do all three. To find one, use the MCS installer search.
